How do I join the pilot?

The pilot program is exclusive and limited. Four of ten spots remain available. We're looking for support teams ready to transform their operations. Apply through our contact form and our team will review your fit within 24 hours.

What happens after I apply?

We'll schedule a brief call to understand your support challenges and current setup. If we're a good match, you'll gain immediate access to Flowian.ai with dedicated onboarding support. Most teams are live within two weeks.

Can I use Flowian.ai without Freshdesk?

Currently, our deepest integration is with Freshdesk. Zendesk, Gorgias, and Shopify integrations are coming soon. If you're on a different platform, reach out and we'll discuss your timeline.

What if something breaks during automation?

Our AI agents are built with safeguards. If an edge case occurs, the ticket escalates to your team with full context. You maintain control. Pilot participants get direct access to our support team for any issues.

Do you charge during the pilot?

The pilot program is free for selected participants. We're investing in your success because your feedback shapes our product. Pricing details will be discussed as we approach general availability.
